Eligibility

Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Archive Pieces

Numbered Artistry Archive pieces are final sale, due to their limited and hand-finished nature.

Process

Email hello@nakanjani.co.za with your order number. We'll arrange collection or provide a return address. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered for faulty items. Otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer.
